While sleep is essential to your skin and overall health, the way you sleep can affect how fine lines and wrinkles form on your face. Below picture represent different... sleeping patterns along with prons and cons of each position. As a conclusion, in my personal opinion as long as you do not have major health issues it does not matter much what position you sleep in what really matters is a good night sleep! I did change my sleep position from sleeping on my right side to back position however if I feel like sleeping on my side I do! Try to switch to silk pillow case apparently it does magic not only to your skin but hair as well. I am yet to try it!
